I don't know where to start... but, here we go... We purchased our home from PTH in early 2022. Our delivery date was supposed to be October 31, 2022, but there was a delay in the delivery, and the postponement was until November 2022... with things being around the holidays, we understood the situation, but were needing our home to be delivered before Thanksgiving that same month. After a few years of ownership, our ceiling is leaking... plus the faucet in our bathroom was faulty causing our bathroom needing a full remodel ($15k for demo and rebuild) after only 7 months of ownership. Plus the skylight was put on backwards originally and they came and "fixed it" but it leaks for some reason... other than that everything is pretty cool, but yeah just my imput... im heading to home depot now to buy a tarp to cover our 4 year old tiny home so it stops dripping on our bed..then I must hire a roofer to fix ... read more

Walked through several of their tiny houses at various shows and when you see the offering prices before entering you are amazed at the low stated prices then you walk in and it all makes sense, poor quality materials and construction. All the appliances are cheap and off brand units
