Had a great experience with Dr McKenzie and team for various treatments in the past, and purchased a series of IPL ($500 each). I was looking soo forward to coming back after taking the last year off of various treatments during my pregnancy. Just called in to book and was informed that I can no longer use these under the new ownership which is pretty upsetting. They called my emergency contact when they couldn't get ahold of me for a not-even-close-to-an-emergency inquiry, then proceeded to share my private, personal, medical information with said emergency contact. Incredibly unprofessional and possibly a HIPAA violation.
I just want to say that Hailey Mabery is the best in Santa Barbara! Hailey is very knowledgeable and professional in the medical and spa procedures! I am so glad we have Hailey here in SB.
Just got back from my first appointment with Hayley Mayberry RN and it definitely won't be my last! As someone who works in the field of plastic surgery and medical aesthetic marketing, I'm a bit picky when it comes to choosing a provider and Hayley completely exceeded my expectations.
