They are wonderful and Dr. Maddy really listens to you and treats a patient like she was a family member. I really do believe that very personable and very professional at the same time quite a rare thing these days!

The WORST doctors office ever. They take personal issues they have with their patients and refuse them care. They refused to see me, but still treat all 3 of my children. This office is racist and do not care about their patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Matty's almost since the beginning, when she was at TDC in Poulsbo and now at their own clinic, PACIFICA MEDICINE. And, in a word, I think she is the best. She and her wonderful staff are always cheerful and very helpful. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I've had an amazing experience at Pacifica Medicine with Dr. Cash. She really knows what's she's doing and doesn't give up, she cares and it shows. She's also smart as a tack which I very much appreciate. The office is in a great location, easy to get support, and schedule an appointment when you need it! It really is care beyond the standard in the community. Wish all doctors offices were like Pacifica.

We love Pacifica. We can always get an appointment when needed, and everyone at the Poulsbo office is kind and knowledgable. While I disagree with their decision to discontinue masking in the office, we greatly appreciate their efforts to accommodate our family's efforts to avoid Covid exposure while seeking care. Dr. Gabriela Cash in particular is the best primary care doctor I've ever known, and I've tried several "concierge" primary care services. I highly recommend them, they are well worth their small monthly fee.
