You could not get better care on the Island or surrounding area. Professional, kind, compassionate. And I can get an appointment when I have an issue!
I spent over a year looking for replacement primary care and everywhere was booked, waitlisted or just told me to call back in 3 months. Pacifica was like an oasis! They had open appointment times, have kind and caring staff, and ask the right questions. I was pleasantly surprised when they asked mental health specific questions on the first visit. I feel very well taken care of here and glad I was able to sign up!
