I had the hydrofacial and headspa treatment with Katie. She is very sweet and the facial was good but the headspa was not good. The back of my head/scalp was never touched except to rinse with water, the halo was left on for what seemed like an eternity, felt more like being waterboarded. My arms and hands were massaged but neck, chest, shoulders and head were not. Xelle & staff are the absolute best. She conforms to your personal needs by evaluating you and she starts to gather more info about you - it’s extremely personalized and she’s the most welcoming esthetician I’ve ever gone to! LOVE HER and all of the services!!

Katie was fabulous! This was my first time receiving a HeadSpa and I have ever been so relaxed in my life. Katie really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of! My hair and scalp feels so refreshed! All the products smell amazing too which is a big plus! I will be going back again soon. Thank you so much Katie!!!
