I ordered for the first time from them 10 days ago. Since then, no shipment, no email, no nothing. Chat on their website does not work. sent email, no response, not even a confirmation that they received my email. They were quick to charge my Credit Card. That's not a way to do business.

This company does not stand behind the legitimacy of its merchandise. They lack integrity and provide ZERO customer goodwill, even when they have misrepresented a product. I WOULD ADVISE CUSTOMERS NOT TO PURCHASE FROM PACIFICA BEAUTY. Furthermore, many of their products are now manufactured in China.

To whom it may concern: I had a terrible experience with Pacifica, a Mineral Bronzing Sunscreen sold by CVS at $15.99. I didn't realize that this spray was ruining my swimming suit, my sandals, bag and everything the spray touched. I will never recommend it.
