Been a very satisfied client of PYM for the past 7 years. Always quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile. Multiple trained techs seem to be on call for various systems. Captain services used for off season haul out transfers. Over winter boat watch has been outstanding; coming down to the docks to check lines after big wind storms or snowfall, running main engine and generator and monitoring internal temps/humidity levels. Highly recommend their services and couldn’t be more loyal.

ONE STAR TOO MANY! Lazy and unprofessional, as hard as it is to find yacht management put in the time to find those who share your standards. Industry is full of bad actors, if they can't look you in the eye don't hire them! RUN!
