I have now used James of Pacific Windshields - Mobile Rock Chip Repair a total of four different times. I found him five years ago and he did such a great job that I have used him each time I have had a chipped windshield. In each case he has arrived at my house on schedule and in all cases he has saved me from having to replace the entire windshield. James repaired the windshield on my Range Rover last week after a flying stone left a small crack. Subsequent to the repair I had my vehicle hand washed, i then observed the repair didn't hold up as two small cracks re-appeared. I took my vehicle to the dealership where my service advisor informed me that sometimes windshield repairs won't last.
