Thus guy appears polite, but is nothing more than a con artist. He lured me by offering a great deal. After I paid my deposit, he failed to contact me for weeks. He had one e cause after another. He eventually said he was out of the business of replacing glass. He offered to cover the rest of the contract, and I believed him.
