We were experiencing uneven voltage at the meter. Called pacific western electric an spoke with Molly, she had a technician come out the next day. Jeff inspected the panels and he immediately let me know what the problem was. I then called SCE and they showed up an confirmed the issue. It's a dead neutral wire and they'll be resolving the issue ASAP. Thank you, Molly & Jeff, for the prompt service, reasonable rates and honesty. Ryan K.
