I recently had an incredibly negative experience with drivers from Pacific West Coach Lines that needs urgent attention. Driver 585 parked so close to my bus that I couldn’t even open my door. Then, driver 587 came over and started yelling at us, demanding we not open our door because it was touching his bus. His behavior was utterly unacceptable; he lacked basic manners and did not present himself professionally in any way.
