Service vehicle ignores posted signage for three hour parking and parks longer.
I was very satisfied with their work on our property, despite them causing damage to our shed which was under one of the trees they were trimming. The company said they would return to provide repairs but have since ghosted me, so I'm very disappointed with their lack of accountability and communication. I was hoping to use their services again in the future but will be looking elsewhere.
How about, don't speed through my construction site eh? How about that? Me and my guys want to go home alive at the end of the day. Don't be disrespectful and dangerous.
Pacific West Tree Service did an exceptional job trimming two overgrown, very tall hedges for us and topping a dead tree in a very difficult to access spot. Their team was highly knowledgable, polite, hard-working and friendly. They took great care not to damage the plants in the areas they worked, cleaned up meticulously and never complained as they hauled large amounts of heavy debri up our lond, steepp driveway. it's clear they purposefully work to provide top rate service to keep their customers happy.
