SCAM company. Unfair pricing. Called them twice before requesting their service to get a sense of their charges for unclogging kitchen sink. Both times they gave me a 295$ per hour + 75$ each additional half an hour. That was all they mentioned. A technician showed up for 1h total and used a snake which had a camera on it. They charged me a separate 450$ for the "camera" which I hadn't asked for. There was no 295$ anywhere in my bill and it totally didn't match the initial quote. We were sent this plumbing company through our strata to investigate a leak that appeared in the ceiling of the unit below our bathroom. The plumber stated they had “observed a leak” in our waste overflow pipe and recommended a repair that would have cost approximately $1,900. What concerned me at the time was that I did not see the tub filled or the overflow system tested during their visit, which would normally be required to verify a leak in that part of the plumbing system.
