If there is an option for 0 star, I will rate as 0. Worst service and incompetent technician ever. My bathroom fan stopped working. Pacific West technician came and did an inspection on April 25th. He identified that the transformer and a fuse of the HRV unit needed to be replaced. They provided a quote to my strata which was approved on May 26. It took them more than 6 weeks to get the parts. I have been dealing with an unpleasant smell for a while in my bathroom. Thanks to Melissa and Neil for determining where the smell was coming from and fixing it. They were both professional and very friendly and explained in detsil what the issue was. Thanks again you two!
