We used this company to fix a leaking toilet a few years ago. The 3 star was for that the leak was identified and fixed ( added a new gasket to the toilet). But we were charged 2 hour labor. The fix was done under an hour ( including travel time to our place), but once we asked if silicon needed to be put on the toilet base, the technician quickly said yes and he then spent another hour adding some silicon to the base (connection of the toilet to the floor ) and making calls , so this was counted as the second hour of labor.

Hilarious. Pacific West has a collective 4 stars. Looks like it's a coin flip using this company if these are true reviews. Either 5 stars or 1 star (there seems to be a lot of these). Building tower in downtown Vancouver is without hot water for 5 days and they are 'waiting on parts'. What kind of commercial plumbing service doesn't keep parts for critical components for a high rise? 😆
An inconsiderate employee blocked access to my work garage. Didn’t leave a note, and delayed my business.
SCAM company. Unfair pricing. Called them twice before requesting their service to get a sense of their charges for unclogging kitchen sink. Both times they gave me a 295$ per hour + 75$ each additional half an hour. That was all they mentioned. A technician showed up for 1h total and used a snake which had a camera on it. They charged me a separate 450$ for the "camera" which I hadn't asked for. There was no 295$ anywhere in my bill and it totally didn't match the initial quote.
