Pacific West Tree Service did an exceptional job trimming two overgrown, very tall hedges for us and topping a dead tree in a very difficult to access spot. Their team was highly knowledgable, polite, hard-working and friendly. They took great care not to damage the plants in the areas they worked, cleaned up meticulously and never complained as they hauled large amounts of heavy debri up our lond, steepp driveway. it's clear they purposefully work to provide top rate service to keep their customers happy. We've been waiting for a quote for a couple of months. If your company is busy and take on new jobs, it would be more polite to say so rather than ghost a potential client.
