Lived here for a year. Very nice neighborhoods probably the safest I’ve ever lived in. No issues at all during my stay. Maintenance were quick with repairs. Having a bar across the way was probably the highlight of me living here. Never having to drink and drive and a great vibe overall. Since day one, that’s where I met most of my neighbors and realized how friendly Omaha was. And the community events the building has are great. I’ve lived here for about 2 years I can say the maintenance and office people are great! Pool is always cleaned daily before they even open. The newer apartments are much nicer but definitely needs a remodel with new appliances but that’s on the owner not the workers. Loved living here I would definitely stay if I could!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been living here for a little over a year and have just had horrible experience after the other. Management is AWFUL and nothing is done about very serious issues. Since I have lived here my car has been broken into twice in their very dark and cameraless parking lot. The first break in was an attempted theft which cost over $2000 to repair. They took no action and offered me nothing. The second attempt included stolen license plates and damage to the exterior of my car. They finally gave me a garage... read more
