Very quiet, everyone is very friendly and staff so helpful. It’s in a great location along with that the property is constantly being improved in some fashion. I absolutely love it and I’d recommend anyone of my peers to lease here!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been living here for a little over a year and have just had horrible experience after the other. Management is AWFUL and nothing is done about very serious issues. Since I have lived here my car has been broken into twice in their very dark and cameraless parking lot. The first break in was an attempted theft which cost over $2000 to repair. They took no action and offered me nothing. The second attempt included stolen license plates and damage to the exterior of my car. They finally gave me a garage... read more
I have lived here 15 years. Had a problem with my toilet leaking. Lonnie from Maintenance came and fix it right away. They are good about fixing water problems as soon as possible. After hours there is emergency maintenance. They always come out too. Thank you Pacific West!
I sent a maintenance request Tuesday evening for my AC not working. No response. No one checked it out. Just sitting in my hot apartment
