Maintenance was always great. But the office people tended to be all over the place and generally not helpful. It was fine once you got in for the most part as long as nothing went wrong. They lead me to believe that my final rent payment was less than it was originally because I had a move out date that was earlier than my lease ended but the email made it seem that they weren’t going to charge the up until my lease end because I had given them 60 days notice. The new faucet is extremely nice. It took just over a month to get it replaced which was a bit concerning. I do appreciate it financially getting replaced. It looks very nice.
I’ve been living here for a year and a half and it’s honestly one of the best places I’ve ever lived. It’s very quiet, and the office staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Whenever you reach them they would be there for you listen to your concerns and do their best to resolve any issues quickly. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend it.
