I am about to sign my 3rd lease. The management staff went way out of their way working with me coming from another state and has been easy to work with since then. The maintenance staff is the best I’ve ever seen, always quick and courteous. The location is great. Residents are friendly, however there are a few issues with some that would be less likely to occur in a newer, higher priced complex. But noise has never been an issue. I have been apart of the community for 5 years and for the most part I love it ! Maintenance workers are the very best ! And fast! Areas of concern is dog poop around the property especially if you are not particularly an animal person. Package/Delivery security it’s like management doesn’t care if packages are stolen. The area is wide open even though their desk is right above the drop off area; I made suggestions to check IDs and I was denied. I put in a work order. It’s been a month. I haven’t heard a word. I’ve called the office four times this week and nobody ever answers the phone starting to get really upset with this place.
