The only reason I’m giving even two stars was because the person who led the tour was nice and seemed knowledgeable. The apartment layout is HORRID. The hallways stink of marijuana. There were so many things to be repaired, even in the common areas. Paint chipped, broken wooden trim, ripped carpet, the list goes on…. The actual unit I toured (I believe, “Longview” style unit) was so small and horribly laid out. The staff is very responsive to my requests. Great place to live and great location.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. this place has been awful and it is quite obvious with their large amount of open units at the moment. 1. as soon as i moved in, there was a fire in one of the buildings and there was absolutely no communication to any of the residents, and you could see yellow caution tapes in several apartments. 2. there are no poop bags on property so there has been dog feces all over the grass, as well as dog feces and vomit in the hallways of the buildings (it has been left there for weeks). t... read more
