Do not waste your time. My grandmother lives her and though they accept section 8 and housing vouchers. They will Ignore any tenant with disabilities. Property is not managed. Does not communicate to tenants for property work and ignores reported issues even after the state failed the unit inspection. Is more worried about exterior paint than the safety of the tenants inside. Nothing works properly on site. I don’t even live here but omg it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone, my family is trying to move in and a process that obviously involves lots of questions. No one’s answers the emails we sent (we’ve sent multiple) we’ve stopped by the office three separate times in two days all in office hours and no one’s there. We’ve called multiple times on top of that. I’m writing this sitting outside the office on my fourth visit with no one here. Genuinely if getting an apartment here is impossible why am I trying so hard.
I would give this complex a much higher rating if it weren’t for the management’s poor communication. They’re impossible to get in touch with. They don’t answer the phones or and are very slow to respond to emails, so when there are issues, it takes weeks or months to get them resolved. It took months to get a mold problem fixed and months after moving out I still haven’t received my security deposit refund. I love living at Pacific Vista. It has been a great experience and I hope to continue living here for many more years to come. The management and maintenance team are great to work with, the neighbors are all friendly, and overall it is a quiet and clean community.
