Customer service? None. They don’t answer phone calls or emails and also don’t return your money.
Apartment wasn’t ready when we moved in (not fully cleaned). Laundry machines constantly out of order. Thin walls, you can hear everything in adjacent apartments. Manager is hardly on site or wont answer office door, not sure which. We had problems with extremely loud cars, neighbors fighting, and tenants smoking weed on the property (don’t really care if they smoke, I just don’t want my home to smell like weed all the time). The experience very much sucked wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.
The worst apartment complex in Monterey! (same management of Monterey Townhouse) We searched for an apartment and scheduled three tours, but no one could show us. The application fee is the most expensive in the area, and nevertheless, a deposit is 150$ each. Moreover, they are never at the office, so don't expect to answer your phones, emails, and messages. We needed to chase them for three months. We hope they will improve their service, but before that, you should pay attention and be aware.
