I've gone to see Dr. Cink for many years. He's always thorough and completely professional in his examinations. I recently had cataract surgery and my results are terrific. I wish I had surgery sooner, I can see so much better. Dr. Cink didn't pressure me to have surgery and really helped me through the process of deciding what kind of lens to put in during the surgery. I can't ask for a better eye doctor. And his staff is really sweet too.
We're new to the city, but had gotten recommendations for this service. Very professional and thorough exam. We were both referred to the Crescent City office for follow-up in-depth glaucoma screenings because of our familial risk. My only concern is what this care is going to cost now that I've lost my vision insurance.
very unhelpful and rude front desk lady. brought a coworker in for a emergency appt and the lady would not talk to cigna to get insurance information to them. she even insulted me by saying she would not talk to the insurance people on my phones because of "germs". whatever happned to customer service?
