I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. The listing claimed to have air conditioning, but there was none, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with a three-month-old baby. We booked this villa specifically for the AC so that was very disappointing and stressful for a mother with such a small child. There was also ants — they were everywhere, including in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. Finding them in my babies bassinet was NOT okay. Nice little place and the access to the beach couldn’t be better, tons of great food nearby. The street is busy and noisy, but the view and ocean waves are incredible!
My family and I stayed at Pacific Villas from 7/19/25 - 7/21/25. It was our first time to stay in Oceanside. We thought Pacific Villas would be the best place to be for our mini weekend getaway.
