Absolutely exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and offered breathtaking ocean views that made every morning and evening unforgettable. Staff was incredible and very friendly. We sure loved our first and only encounter with staff there. Unfortunately not much more of a staff presence around the property if that’s what you’re looking for. Our rental had a magnificent view and was well laid out. However, the smell in the unit was atrocious and I had to leave until my wife could ventilate it properly. Horrendous customer service. Chris at reception has also proven to be a compulsive liar. I was promised a “review” of what I experienced during my stay and after I checked out. Nothing. He’s lied in the response (see below) and lied to Booking.com when reviewed. Such a shame for the owners. Without Liar Chris, it would have been a good place.
Booked through luxury escapes for an apartment with an Ocean view and I specifically asked for a kitchen as we like to cook for ourselves when we travel to keep the costs down. We got the ocean view except that the couch faced the opposite way. So if you wanted to relax and enjoy the view you could from the kitchen chair and only one of the kitchen chairs.
