Stayed here for 2 nights. Apartments clean and had everything we needed. Bed and pillows super comfy, reception staff welcome and friendly, very happy to help. Pool area clean, spa nice and warm, relaxing areas to be in. Location amazing, quiet but close to everything you need. Cafe, subway and 7/11 just below Apartments. Will definitely be back.
Really disappointed by this ‘resort’. Lounge room & kitchen were pokey for a full week’s stay, felt claustrophobic. view wasn’t great (overlooked, no privacy) reception is open for two hours on Sat & Sun (can’t check in before 2pm. Guess when it closes!?). The pics online are misleading. Won’t be back :(
We booked an Deluxe Ocean View for 7 days. Firstly, there was no one at reception 1430hr on a Saturday and no instructions on how to get the keys. Secondly, The air-conditioning did not work in the Living area despite the temperature being in the mid 30's. The help line although polite could not help but assures me someone would call us the next day. No one did. Beautiful views Excellent service Management were perfect so accommodating and so beautifully natured definately recommend staying here
This hotel was unacceptable for the price I paid for, we weren't given enough facilities and if we wanted more we had to pay at an extra cost. In the rooms there were ANTS all in the living room. I had a terrible experience, and we were also bitten by the ants. The view was great but other than the it wasn't as pleasant as expected. The pictures when purchasing this hotel isn't in comparison to what we received, poorly managed unfortunately.
