I've been having sinus problems for a few years now. I had a ballon sinuplasty with Dr. Alavi and feel great. Dr. Alavi and his staff are amazing. They are all very nice. The office is clean and wait times are almost non-existent. Very few times do I feel the need to write a review, but they all deserve the compliments!
This facility is brand new and located in the upper hills of the suburban wealthy Santa Barbara area. Though the beauty of the office is spectacular, the staff is not. When I initially made the appointment, an office assistant immediately informed me that if my deductible was not meet then they would bill me &250.00. This was not only rude, but it expressed the practices true goal of making a profit above providing quality care.
