I was experiencing some severe lower back pain after doing heavy single rep back squats at the gym and was referred Dr. Jacob by another member who he’d recently helped as well. The first couple of days I had a difficult time moving my body at all. Slowly I was able to get some mobility back on my own, but still moving a bit gingerly. As a runner, I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors; however, Jacob is the very best that I have ever been to! I am so thankful for him. I always feel amazing after an adjustment.

Hi Dr. Jacob, It's Peter from Massachusetts. I just scheduled an appointment to see you this Friday and a flight to get there. Your approach of focusing on the entire spine, from hips to neck, has been a game changer for me. Quite different than the hit and run approach I've experienced over many years elsewhere.
