Pasic Vascular came thru even though Humana Ins. did their best preventing necessary vascular ultrasounds. Kudos to the woman who reached a supervisor after Humana canceled the doctor's orders the first time and huge kudos to Karen, who jumped thru hoops to finish the job. I would highly recommend them as they truly care about patients, not roadblocks by crappy insurance companies. And yes, we will be switching out of Humana.
