This company sent me a bill without even trying to submit the claim to my insurance, despite having all my insurance information. This violates California Health & Safety Code §1371.35, which requires providers to bill insurance first. Billing the patient directly without doing so is not only wrong and it’s against the law. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
Had a collector call for $35, despite my Insurance paying the $6023 bill. This was part of a surgery and well, there is no copay for that. What a pathetic group!
Be better! My wife and I had our newborn and received a text from Coronis Health on behalf of pacific valley medical group with nothing more than a total. We’ve never heard of either of these companies and also have tried everything to get info on what we’re being charged for, to no avail
Scammers. Sent me 1300 bill and kept calling me after insurance paid them. What's also interesting is that my provider gave me in writing that if my insurance does not cover the service, it would cost me 370 out of pocket. Scammers. Avoid them. Avoid head ache.
