Word of mouth has it that calls are not returned and hidden costs are inserted after the fact. Have some nice looking homes, but not good customer service. I would rather pay extra then deal with a company that has a horrible page with only two reviews, really?
I had to back out of a deal and cannot get anyone to talk to me about getting my $500 "refundable" deposit back. Be careful before you give them any money
did not build the home the way we asked. there is a problem with the heater and no one wants to help. not even moved in and they took the money and ran. no follow up, or how is the house suiting your needs. Nothing.

Follow up on what they promise.
Most of the homes end up being nearly the same price. When asked to explain how the price of the home we were looking at went from $78900 to $111500 I couldn’t get a consistent explanation on a break down of expenses.
RecommendedJust take the time to go and look. These homes have great floor plans, storage, and overall function. Amazing staging too! I had no idea they had such diversity.
