The staff and NP Fuller and the other doctors I have seen are all so professional and kind . The front office staff is awesome and kind too. The medical assistants are kind and professional and the whole office staff has good vibes . Nurse practitioner Fuller explains everything in detail and lets you ask questions to be sure you understand the procedures and everything and he also educated me on what to do to help my situation before and after surgery . This is the last place a person should have to deal with when they are ill... It took me a long time to reach this office noone answers the phone . making my apt took alot of time the aswering service seems constantly surprised that the medical office never answers they were surprised at least 6 times.. Finally made an apt. The stressed out shouting woman with an heavy accent Says she will email my paper work.. I never received it . Pacific Urology is Amazing!! Their Physicians and Staff are Brilliant!! My Sister needed to see an Urologist and was extremely impressed with their friendly helpful staff and the exceptional physician. It was a very good experience and they were there for us!!
