This is the last place a person should have to deal with when they are ill... It took me a long time to reach this office noone answers the phone . making my apt took alot of time the aswering service seems constantly surprised that the medical office never answers they were surprised at least 6 times.. Finally made an apt. The stressed out shouting woman with an heavy accent Says she will email my paper work.. I never received it . Pacific Urology is Amazing!! Their Physicians and Staff are Brilliant!! My Sister needed to see an Urologist and was extremely impressed with their friendly helpful staff and the exceptional physician. It was a very good experience and they were there for us!!
