Pacific Upfitters will make sure that you are happy before you leave. I had some issues with my Install and they were very very quick to take care of it including opening early on the weekend to get me back on the road. Philip is very good at getting back to you when you contact him. I will definitely be going back.
Phillip and the team at Pacific Upfitters are truly great. They went above and beyond installing my roof top tent and awning. They also have an awesome showroom where you can see most of the things they carry (which I find isn't very common). I would definitely recommend people check them out!

I called Pacific Upfitters because two other companies in addition to Toyota had told me a lift kit on my 2025 Toyota Tundra SR5 was not only not recommended but nearly impossible because of the Toyota airbag system. As a service person fromToyota put it, “Toyota trucks hate aftermarket.” Philip came up with a plan but didn’t rest there.
