overall it's a mtge lender which "No Problem". My issue is that we have never been late with a mtge payment, ALWAYS making payment in full, sometimes with extra principal, payment between first and fifteenth of month. I have done it this way with the every home mtge I have ever had for the last 30 yrs. About 2 months ago harassing phone calls started if payment had not been received by the 5th.
