When I received notice that my loan has been transferred, I was so happy! The representatives there was rude, and just the worst hands down mortgage company I have ever encountered. I looked online to find out the have been permanently closed. I'm not surprised. Hopefully they will be better help at their next job.
Horrible customer service. Not willing to help with anything. Will never use for a Mortgage ever again. Much better lenders out there. Stay away.
