They drop the ball on Friday's. I had to call them for confirmation of a wire that was never sent. When I called to file a complaint or speak to a higher up. I'm educated about wire you never sent. Don't use Pacific Trust Co. in Palmdale. They could care less about the customer. Everybody want to just apologize. Well no thank you. I will never use you again nor anyone I know. Share this All you do not want to use them.
Poor customer service very poor...they drag their feet..Caution. ...if your expecting anything on Fridays don't hold.ya breath!!!! They will never see my money in a real estate transaction again!!!
