You earn enough money to have them doors open during lunch time. Hire someone to cover lunch instead of customers waiting for it to open during work hours . Schedule someone to cover during lunch hours.
I like the idea of having this branch closer than the one in Whittier The customer service is OK. My only issue is they focus more on new customers rather than keeping the ones that they currently have so I recommended a family member to get her loan and then they said I wasn’t eligible to get $100 bonus. I have a car loan with them and then they wouldn’t help me refi to keep the same car loan with them but just get a lower interest.
