This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This place damaged my vehicle and won’t give me any claim process or even their business insurance information. The person on the line literally told me “we aren’t given you anything and if you call again we will file a harassment report” here are the photos before and after. The wiring is completely ripped off and my hitch cover is missing. I will be filing a complaint with the police department as well as reporting this business for fraud.

" You are the Harley guy" it put a smile on my face and you are such a sweetheart. Never in all the times I've had to deal with impounds have I had such a pleasant experience. Rudest receptionist. I called to obtain the info I need to get my car out of there and the receptionist would not let me talk because she says she already gave the info... If she hadn't interupted me and hung up the call 3 times she would have understand why i am looking for this info. I called you guys because i thought you were good , but your front desk receptions (Who does sound like a sweet old lady) but do not let that deceive you. She is very rude ... the face of the company is what this person is supposed to be.
It's allot of fun when you see a car that you have always wanted now you can afford it it's the best feeling inside
