our first order was missing 5 yards of topsoil, So we reordered another 25 yards that we needed to add for the lawn renovation project we started. Delivery was for Saturday the April 4th it didn't arrive. This morning my boss called to see what happened they said they will deliver this afternoon at 11 to 1pm nothing showed we had to put our project on pause today and now they are saying it would be anywhere from 11 to 1 again tomorrow. There's zero communication from the staff here. We've been told to go to the wrong bay numerous times and with all the loaders moving around, at times it's not safe. There's one guy on the loader that needs to be relieved of his duties. Throws tantrums and acts unprofessional.
I am appreciative of the gentleman working at the kiosk's patience and knowledge on my visit on 1/10 around 10 am. He helped me make an informed decision about what load size my truck could handle, and I ended up down-sizing from what I thought I'd buy as a result. It was the right amount for my truck and ended up being plenty of soil for what I needed that day!
