I picked up a "yard" of 5/8 minus at the Redmond location but what I actually got was well under a yard. Didn't notice until I was back at the job site and they were closed. I can't say exactly how much I was shorted but can say that the yard we got from Cedar Grove (Bellevue) the next day was substantially more (for less money).
Bought the 3way topsoil, it was full of large rocks and debris to include pieces of what looked like ceramic tile, 6 inches or longer. Very low quality, would not buy from again. I spent just as much time pulling rocks and garbage out of the soil as I did spreading it.
