Today, after experiencing this service firsthand, I finally understand where the low rating comes from. My husband ordered delivery of 15 yards of topsoil for a 20 × 7 ft area on our property. He even thoughtfully covered part of the paved driveway leading to the area with a plastic tarp, so that any soil accidentally spilled around the edges would be “easy to clean up” afterward.
