I ordered 6 yards of the top dressing for lawns, was told it was screened sand at 80% and 20% organic material. The screen they use must be over an inch and there are many rocks and crushed rock on this mix, must make up at least 10-`15% of the total, I found several dozen rocks that where at least 2 inches in size. The organic material is not mixed in well, it might be 10-15% and there are literally horse turds in the pile.
