They need to ask the costumer if they are ok and have money to pay for the services they do before even checking the problem they rip costumers they charge $485.00 for a diagnostic i don't think they know how to charge the warranty or just don't care to save costumers money i will never go to the place ever again there not friendly either they just want your money who has just money laying down for a diagnostic now days in California everything is way too over priced...
They need to fire the front desk lady. She's extremely rude, unprofessional and uninterested in providing helpful customer service. I will not be returning to this place.
Recomiendo leer bien lo q se firma porq traje mi carro porq no servia el ac pague diagnotico $110 y trabajo me la entregaron y no quedo bien la traje de regreso desidi no imvertir mas porq salia caro y me volvieron a cobrar por el diagnostico otros $110 siendo q fue el ac que no pudieron arreglar la primera vez.

The quality of their work is top-notch. My vehicle was diagnosed accurately and repaired quickly, and it’s been running perfectly since. I especially appreciated how clean and organized workshop.
