Pacific Tile assisted me with three different tiling projects. Each time the customer service has been fantastic. Every member of their team is knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. Jake and Brent were especially helpful. These two assisted me during each of my visits and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Great experience here. Brent was extremely helpful and very communicative. He ordered samples when a color wasn't available in store and even sent links via email of suppliers and items he thought I might be interested in. I ended up finding a tile I liked at a competitor and Pacific was able to get it for me - for over $10 less per SF. Overall, amazing experience from start to finish and I highly recommend.
Two floors of a large variety of beautiful tiles. All the employees have extensive knowledge, professionalism and experience. I highly recommend going to Pacific Tile before going anywhere else.
