A rare Google review because this was the worst customer service experience of my life. I returned tile within the 30 day window outlined by the company. While returning I dealt with condescending and belittling behavior by Brent and he eventually escalated to yelling at me for returning $400 of tile. I spoke to the manager, but beyond the initial complaint I made I have never heard back.
Customer service has been exceptional! Staff is very patient and helpful as someone that doesn’t know anything about tile.
These guys are awesome, quick, cool, and a job well done
