I do not like leaving 2 star reviews, especially for a therapist that is very good at what they do. But staff matters as well, who the PT surrounds themselves with matters. When I booked my session with Pacific to rehab my recent ACL Surgery, Jessica, the receptionist, stated that my Insurance provider was In-Network, so I booked my sessions with this clinic. I've been a patient of Lisa Green and PacificTHERx for various injuries over many years. Lisa is very experienced, knowledgeable, practical and an excellent listener.
