I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and failed to include one of the documents I had submitted for my tax filing. Because of this oversight, the CRA reassessed my return and is now requiring me to pay additional tax and interest. This error could have been avoided with proper attention to detail. I trusted them to handle my tax filing accurately, but instead I ended up dealing with unnecessary stress, extra time, and financial consequences. no communication, 3 days after getting my taxes done, still no word from CRA. The guy (CPA) impossible to reach. I guess it reinforces the saying ' you get what you paid for' Never again and definitely won't recommend. My issue is still not resolved. > 10 calls and no resolution from this guy Rono Wong
