TRY ANYWHERE ELSE FIRST. Very rude, unprofessional, and did not complete the job. My coat was in her shop for a month, never got fixed, and she was rude to me on the phone. I dropped off a coat to get the lining replaced and pre-paid for the service. Big mistake. She delayed my pick-up from the original date three times. Each time I was gracious and agreed to return when the item was ready. On the third delay, she left me a voicemail the day before I was supposed to pick you up the coat.
