TRY ANYWHERE ELSE FIRST. Very rude, unprofessional, and did not complete the job. My coat was in her shop for a month, never got fixed, and she was rude to me on the phone. I dropped off a coat to get the lining replaced and pre-paid for the service. Big mistake. She delayed my pick-up from the original date three times. Each time I was gracious and agreed to return when the item was ready. On the third delay, she left me a voicemail the day before I was supposed to pick you up the coat. Very rude lady that THREATENED to come to my house because we couldn’t make it on her own time to pick up my wife’s dress. She was aggressive and pointing in my wife’s face. I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYBODY TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. If I could give 0 stars I would. She is rude and also demands payment upfront with the service not even complete. This place is a piece of trash. If you think about going there prepare to deal with an unprofessional woman.
