Remember the Deepwater Horizon oil spill? Remember all of the Dead Sea life caused by that oil spill? ONE DAY of commercial fishing kill MORE sea life than that oil spill did in one month. Not just tuna but dolphins, whales, sharks and turtles. The majority of plastics causing ocean pollution is directly from deep sea fishing. But nobody is ready for that reality check.
