On arrival, the accommodation was not in a clean condition. Food debris from previous guests, including chips and Doritos, was present on the floor. Visible mould was observed inside the property. Old building. Old furniture and poorly equipped Old small rooms that need at least to be renovated No Air conditioner . Hope it is not hot weather as the fans are doing nothing No smart TV in my room if kids wanted to watch a movie ( but i think it depends upon how lucky you are as some rooms have smart TV Unfortunately by the time you will discover this , there is a high chance it is late to consider change But the bonus it is in front of the beach if you accept all the above then the view is amazing. Our favourite place to stay on the GC. Ann & Allan make you feel so comfortable and go out of their way to make your stay as great (and long) as possible. Highly recommend for all age groups. Close to cafes, Surf Club - and now has a great pathway beachside you walk for miles...
