Rich is awesome, that sums up everything. He was referred to me by someone, when I contacted Rich he told me when he will be able to accommodate the work and how much it will cost. We agreed to it and on the day of he showed up on time. After he was finished he also took time to clean up the area, and leave no debris laying around. Very happy with the work and professionalism, highly recommended.
