Brenna and Jake are amazing
Tried to charge me $10 A CUT. Not $10 to make 2 additional cuts for a $14 piece of metal. Very poor business practices and manners from the front counter.
I feel as if I’m with friends every time I go there to purchase steel or walk around the scrap. Very good prices compared to the ridiculous prices at hardware stores. Makes it possible for my retirement welding hobby projects. I won’t go anywhere else. Only one complaint. They won’t let me play on the big excavator claw loading machine but I can’t blame them. Plus I hear it’s not fun for long. Oh well. Thanks to all my friends at PACIFIC STEEL !!
Always go inside and ask what they're going to pay you for what you have first because they will rip you off every chance they get. Without fail every time. If they have the opportunity they will get you. I happen to go in and ask and they're $2 a pound less than everybody else. You're not paying for customer service either. Good luck!
Every time I go to this place, I leave so impressed with the employees kindness and helpfulness.
