I purchased steel to build a hay feeder for horses. Pacific Steel had a larger selection of materials than I expected to find. The Customer Service was fantastic and the price was also better than I expected.
I've been a customer of the helena branch for many years and always had good experiences. I recently went to the Belgrade store with my 6 month old son to get a small order, after purchase I was told they don't do the drive through loading anymore and sent me through a door that said hardhat restricted area from the office to the warehouse to collect my materials.
