I purchased steel to build a hay feeder for horses. Pacific Steel had a larger selection of materials than I expected to find. The Customer Service was fantastic and the price was also better than I expected.

I've been a customer of the helena branch for many years and always had good experiences. I recently went to the Belgrade store with my 6 month old son to get a small order, after purchase I was told they don't do the drive through loading anymore and sent me through a door that said hardhat restricted area from the office to the warehouse to collect my materials. Great first experience! Ivy at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! She broke down the metal sizes and explained their services all with a smile on her face. The shop and office are well organized and I got help right away. I will for sure be going back for any metal needed!
