Brought in some scrap not much wasnt expecting to really get anything for it but what I do not respect is not being told the scrap i brought was only worth $1.40 and that theyd keep the .40 dude just printed a bill of sale didnt even bother to ask. Id rather have kept everything. Will literally never recommend this place or return. i hope you improve your customer service.
Friendly staff and great service, but they do not pay very well for scrap. If you're like me and mostly just looking to keep things out of a landfill, Pacific is just fine, but if you're trying to get the most money for your scrap metal, you won't.
Always friendly and helpful, they make it easy to recycle!
