Where to start... I've been coming here for years and have had a lot of experience selling and buying a variety of metals. While one can't expect prices to be as high as the coastal port city metal buyers, the prices paid at the Butte Pacific are considerably lower due to a lack of competition in town. Brought in some scrap not much wasnt expecting to really get anything for it but what I do not respect is not being told the scrap i brought was only worth $1.40 and that theyd keep the .40 dude just printed a bill of sale didnt even bother to ask. Id rather have kept everything. Will literally never recommend this place or return. i hope you improve your customer service.

Friendly staff and great service, but they do not pay very well for scrap. If you're like me and mostly just looking to keep things out of a landfill, Pacific is just fine, but if you're trying to get the most money for your scrap metal, you won't.
