This was a MASSIVE project that had many hidden unknowns once we started getting into the project with Osvaldo and his team at Pacific Star Roofing LLC. This family house had been neglected for the past 10+ years and needed so much work. New Roofing, many roofing repairs, eliminating a chimney (to an old direct vent gas fireplace), siding replacement, new gutters, new vents, some interior work.
