We had our roof replaced by Pacific Star Roofing in August 2024. Water was leaking around the chimneys because the top layers of flashing were missing. I reached out to the owner, Osvaldo, but he said it's not his responsibility. However, the contract clearly says that new metal flashing was included in the job. Very disappointing.

To whom it may concern, I'm not happy to have to write this review but after a year of waiting to be paid for a job by Pacific star roofing I feel it is necessary so that I can hopefully prevent someone else from being scammed by osvaldo urzua the owner of this company. I am a gutter guy and did work for this company over a year ago and have still not been paid. I have been communicating with osvaldo and his excuses just go on and on. I tried to be understanding for months but haven't even gotten a partial payment on a $4000... read more
Pacific Star did an excellent job replacing a roof on central property we own. GREAT price and delivered on time during Summer 2025. Highly recommend Osvaldo and team
Excellent workmanship, very knowledgeable in all fields of carpentry and easy to work with. Definitely will have them back.
