To whom it may concern, I'm not happy to have to write this review but after a year of waiting to be paid for a job by Pacific star roofing I feel it is necessary so that I can hopefully prevent someone else from being scammed by osvaldo urzua the owner of this company. I am a gutter guy and did work for this company over a year ago and have still not been paid. I have been communicating with osvaldo and his excuses just go on and on. This was a MASSIVE project that had many hidden unknowns once we started getting into the project with Osvaldo and his team at Pacific Star Roofing LLC. This family house had been neglected for the past 10+ years and needed so much work. New Roofing, many roofing repairs, eliminating a chimney (to an old direct vent gas fireplace), siding replacement, new gutters, new vents, some interior work.
