I had work done by Pacific Star Electric to install a NEMA 14-50 plug in my garage for an EV Charger. It's been 2 years since that install and Tuesday morning I woke to the outlet melted out completely and the inside burned out to the point of failure with the charger plug fused to the receptacle. This is not a wear and tear issue, but coming from the inside of the box due to a loose connection during install. We recently hired Pacific Star to install a new ceiling fan/light and once again they have impressed with their quality service and competitive pricing. David did a great job, very efficient and meticulous. This is the second time we have had Pacific Star in our home and I would highly recommend them.

I have hired this company on multiple occasions. My plugs always seem to stop working. Within a few hours they are there to fix them. Maxwell is amazing and has the best personality. From the moment he arrived he had a smile on his face and did the job fast and efficient. They are definetly my first call when I have electrical problems.
