Tafari came in and fixed my turbo . he ordered the parts they came in the next day and he was there the next day. Very friendly Great communication.
Marques and his team member did a fantastic job! We are super satisfied with their work to help us installing the rational oven. Overall, they are professional, friendly and hardworking! They are deserve more than 5-star!
Website said in stock parts ship today if ordered by 8PM EST. Ordered at 6:37PM EST and selected priority overnight. They did not ship until the next day (Friday). Realizing that this would delay the shipment to Monday, I called to try and arrange for Saturday delivery (at my cost, even though it was their mistake). They did not help me and said they could not change the shipping, even though UPS is still not in possession of the package. Bad experience. Clearly they do not understand the urgency of the service industry.
If you need service on any of your equipment, I highly recommend Pacific Standard Service. The technician that was sent to our location to repair our turbo chef Pizza Ovens is in my opinion the best representation of what a service technician should be. This was the first technician I’ve had to deal with that left me feeling like the job was done right. We had great experience with Pacific Standard Services NJ Branch. When we placed in a call for Service, Rich came to service our machine. Rich is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, had parts in stock and was able to get our machine up and running in no time. The best part, is Rich is always smiling, though he had a long day and he visited our place late afternoon, since we had an emergency. He kept his word. Thanks, Rich for helping us out.
