We had an excellent experience with Pacific Standard Service. They repaired our Robot Coupe CL50 in a very short time, and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other repair companies we contacted. What impressed me the most was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs—they carefully diagnosed the issue, explained what was needed, and fixed it at the lowest reasonable cost. Michael was especially thorough and detail-oriented throughout the process. To make things even better, they delivered the ... read more

I own a small coffee shop in the Palo Alto area and run a couple of TurboChef Sota ovens every day. Finding a company that actually knows these ovens has made a real difference. Danilo, their main technician, is the reason I keep using them. He knows the equipment, explains what’s going on, and gets the job done without drama. Fast, reliable, and efficient — exactly what you need when an oven going down would stop service. Glad I found them for regular service. Highly recommend.
Excellent service! Danilo was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our oven and did a great job fixing it. He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly. I’m very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend Danilo to anyone needing oven repair. Thank you for the great work!
