Great service, attentive nice front desk but most important doctor that does not traumatize you with pain.
They don’t recommend treatment for things you don’t need to get extra money like some other offices.
Don't be late! Doesn't matter if you've been seeing the father and now son dentist for more than 25 years. Dr. Franco is extremely hard to get in to see, I was 5 minutes past their "15 minute window" and I couldn't be seen. Dr. Franco didn't even recognize me standing at the counter. They said "we tried to call", I don't get notified of calls when I'm driving. After years of going here, I get treated like this. Was a loyal customer for 20 years and I really liked my dentist. However, I had to cancel a long standing appointment for cleaning the day of the appointment due to sudden illness. I figured I could reschedule within a month or two or three and the receptionist told me it would be a year from now before I could get in. So I found another dentist who could see me within a week and have changed to them. If you are so busy you can’t see a 20 year loyal patient for a whole year, you no longer need my business.
