Terrible experience at this office. All 3 of the dentists are snarky and money driven! The office is poorly kept, floors are always dirty, there's always crap in the sinks of the dental rooms. The patient bathrooms are terribly kept and smelly. They reuse dirty instruments. They sit around on their phones up front all day. Not doing anything. Terrible office. I don't recommend going here. Don't work here either. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

Great service, attentive nice front desk but most important doctor that does not traumatize you with pain.

They don’t recommend treatment for things you don’t need to get extra money like some other offices.

Don't be late! Doesn't matter if you've been seeing the father and now son dentist for more than 25 years. Dr. Franco is extremely hard to get in to see, I was 5 minutes past their "15 minute window" and I couldn't be seen. Dr. Franco didn't even recognize me standing at the counter. They said "we tried to call", I don't get notified of calls when I'm driving. After years of going here, I get treated like this.
