Fabulous Dr., Very Kind, He digs at your problems to make sure he knows all what’s going on with you , If you need something or he thinks you do he will give it to you, I’ll see him again
This is purportedly a service for people desperate for private health care when the public system is failing them. Their phone number doesn't work and on reviews, I see one of the few 5 star reviews is from the "doctor" themselves. I'm adding this 1 star to average that out, as otherwise I have no experience with this business (other than they don't answer the phone and it doesn't even identify the business you're calling)
Have tried calling to get a hold of Dr. Karen Chu to update her on a procedure I am having and nobody has returned my calls and she seems to not even be here anymore. Their website also has been down for weeks now. Not sure what is going on.
I just had the same experience as Catherine below. Receptionist does not know how to communicate. I was so patient even though she kept cutting me off. Didn't let me talk. Was extremely rude and unempathetic. I ended up breaking down and she hung up on me.
