Rob and his team are great to deal with. We had an old tub that needed to be replaced. Out with old and in with the new in no time flat and it wasn’t easy with tub sunken in the deck. Plus we got a great deal on the new tub. Highly recommend this company
The team at Pacific Spas were quick to respond to a replacement panel we needed. They went out of their way to bring them to our home. We are very impressed with their service.

At a store looking at these Pacific Spas. Seem to have good components. HOWEVER *** The Pacific Spa models I looked at are simply Asian made Bellagio Spas . Don't be fooled that these are fabricated in Canada. Brought in and rebranded. Do reviews on Bellagio Spas for an idea of what you're actually looking at.
