Excellent service and highly professional team! We purchased and installed PacificSpa Oceana, and the entire process was done professionally and right on time. The team was incredibly accommodating, even changing the position of the tub upon our request without any issues.Some time after the installation, they came back to explain how to use it, covered all the small details, and made sure all the jets were working perfectly. Highly recommended! Alex and Robert did good work.

Rob and his team are great to deal with. We had an old tub that needed to be replaced. Out with old and in with the new in no time flat and it wasn’t easy with tub sunken in the deck. Plus we got a great deal on the new tub. Highly recommend this company
The team at Pacific Spas were quick to respond to a replacement panel we needed. They went out of their way to bring them to our home. We are very impressed with their service.
