Absolutely HORRIBLE.. Very poor product Quality and DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY
At a store looking at these Pacific Spas. Seem to have good components. HOWEVER *** The Pacific Spa models I looked at are simply Asian made Bellagio Spas . Don't be fooled that these are fabricated in Canada. Brought in and rebranded. Do reviews on Bellagio Spas for an idea of what you're actually looking at.
We purchased our Diablo hot tub from J Adams and son Chilliwack from Sherry. She was amazing. I highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from her. We had a slight issue once it was delivered, reached out to the store and when they couldn’t resolve it. The owner of the company came out and figured it out . Had great service from him. I highly recommend these hot tubs well built excellent customer service. love my hot tub.
We just bought a Pacific Spas hot tub. It was delivered and set up by Rob Swatzky. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend Rob. Bev.
